Our Story
Lukah is the phonetic spelling of the Danish concept ‘Lykke’ meaning joy and happiness. We started with a mission to bring coaching to as many workplaces as possible because we understand the transformative benefits coaching can bring both personally and professionally.
We soon realised that some employees benefited more than others from coaching. Those who got the most out of coaching were employees from underrepresented groups which is why we now solely specialise in DEI coaching, maternity coaching and neurodiversity coaching. Our expert coaches are perfectly equipped to support and empathise with the specific challenges faced by ethnic minority groups, neurodivergent individuals and mothers throughout maternity.
We work with companies that understand the value of coaching to supplement their existing coaching strategy by offering specialist coaching to specific groups of underrepresented employees. Our work forms part of organisations wider equity strategy to help them accelerate their journey towards true workplace equality.
